Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, the fifth instalment in the ever popular franchise, is set for release on July 7, 2017, still more than two years away. However, as is the trend with blockbusters nowadays, lots of interesting facts and rumours about the film are beginning to appear. After the well-received The Curse Of The Black Pearl and the generally well-liked Dead Man's Chest, the Pirates series had a downswing in quality with At World's End that only got worse with On Stranger Tides - hopefully the fifth film can right the ship (oh, puns) and bring the series back to the kind of movie that everyone fell in love with in the first place. Or at least something that isn't incredibly dull. Dead Men Tell No Tales is an intriguing title for the movie that inspires a ton of plot speculation. While some of the rumours may seem like hearsay, others are seemingly confirmed by crew comments and the casting of certain actors. This article will shift through the masses of speculation and tell you the ten things you most need to know about Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Batten down the hatches and away we go.

Shakespeare for Slackers

The Tragedy of Macbeth

SHAKESPEARE FOR SLACKERS: MACBETH by Aaron Kite and Audrey Evans

Based on a work which may appear at www.kiteanic.com, among other places. Permissions beyond the scope of this license might be available at www.kiteanic.com, although I might make you say 'pretty please' or something equally infantile before granting them. I'm immature like that. The scanning, uploading, and distribution of this book via the internet or via any other means is not only way uncool, but it would probably really, really hurt my feelings. Seriously. There might even be tears. You wouldn't want to be responsible for something like that happening, would you?

This book is a derivative work based on Shakespeare. Any character's resemblance to any person, living
or dead, is entirely coincidental. It happens. Know what? The exact same thing happened to me just the other day! I was reading this book, and halfway through there was this character that showed up out of nowhere, and I thought to myself, “Holy crap – that's me!” Seriously, it was spooky. He didn't last too long in the story . . . I think he got turned into a blood smear by an alien after twenty pages or so. Really sad. When I was done the book, I went to the front, and there was this disclaimer saying that none of the characters were based on real people. And I could have sworn it was me, too! So yeah, if the same thing happens to you when you read about a character in this book, just remember that I know exactly how you feel. Oh, and no complaining about the font I used for all the original text. You know, the stuff at the left.
I mean, it's Shakespeare – It's supposed to be hard to read!

Crazy Love

Foreword

It is with great excitement and honor that I get the opportunity to introduce you to my friend Francis Chan. Francis is one of those rare people you come across in life who leaves you wanting to be better. You know, a better friend, a better neighbor, a better athlete (well maybe not athlete … I can take Francis in most things involving competition). But most important, Francis leaves you wanting more of Jesus. If you are around Francis for more than thirty minutes, you soon realize that he is a man with great vision and resolve for the mission of Jesus. Some might say that Francis is a bit of an idealist in thinking that one life can really make a dent in the world. But I would say that Francis is the ultimate realist.Meaning, someone who believes that God is really who He says He is and that the true reality of this life is to follow Him wholeheartedly. The book you have in your hand, Crazy Love, may just be the most challenging book outside of God’s Word you will read this year. (And for a few years to come for that matter.) The status quo and norms of 16 CRAZY LOVE the so-called “Christian” life that so many of us are used to experiencing are in for a shock! Isn’t it interesting that in Acts 11, at the end of verse 26, it says, “The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch.” What I find interesting is the simple thought that the Christians didn’t name themselves. But rather, they were called (or named) “Christians” by those watching their lives. I wonder if it would be the same today. Could someone look at your life or look at my life and name me a Christian? A humbling question for sure. Crazy Love is the perfect title for this book. When Jesus was asked, “What is the greatest commandment?” he responded with “Love.”
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all
your soul and with all your mind.” This is the first and
greatest commandment. And the second is like it: “Love
your neighbor as yourself.” (Matt. 22:37–40)

Poetry

Poetry has a long history, dating back to the Sumerian Epic of Gilgamesh. Early poems evolved from folk songs such as the Chinese Shijing, or from a need to retell oral epics, as with the Sanskrit Vedas, Zoroastrian Gathas, and the Homeric epics, the Iliad and the Odyssey. Ancient attempts to define poetry, such as Aristotle's Poetics, focused on the uses of speech in rhetoric, drama, song and comedy. Later attempts concentrated on features such as repetition, verse form and rhyme, and emphasized the aesthetics which distinguish poetry from more objectively informative, prosaic forms of writing. From the mid-20th century, poetry has sometimes been more generally regarded as a fundamental creative act employing language.

For Example:

Forever Isn't That Long
© By long lost

life is something you cant trust
whether it be with you heart, love, or lust
but loves a fire you cant put out
its doesnt grow cold it doesnt give out
when someone says they will love you forever
Forever isnt that long
the love gives out or someone grows bored
or someone goes caotic from something they heard
the end result is never even good
cause, forever isnt that long
it might seem like you love them for them
but you dont really know who they are
you find real soon and you dont like it anymore
guess what??
forever isnt that long

Gift Giving Etiquette

Gift Giving Etiquette in China

  • It is the proper etiquette for gifts to be exchanged for celebrations, as thanks for assistance and even as a sweetener for future flavors.
  • It is however important not to give gifts in the absence of a good reason or a witness.
  • When the Chinese want to buy gifts it is not uncommon for them to ask what you would like.
  • It would be wise to demonstrate an appreciation of Chinese culture by asking for items such as ink paintings or tea.
  • Business gifts are always reciprocated. Not to do so is bad etiquette.
  • When giving gifts do not give cash.
  • Do not be too frugal with your choice of gift otherwise you will be seen as an 'iron rooster', i.e. getting a good gift out of you is like getting a feather out of an iron rooster.
  • Depending on the item, avoid giving one of something. Chinese philosophy stresses harmony and balance, so give in pairs.

Gift Giving Etiquette in Japan

  • Gift-giving is a central part of Japanese business etiquette.
  • Bring a range of gifts for your trip so if you are presented with a gift you will be able to reciprocate.
  • The emphasis in Japanese business culture is on the act of gift-giving not the gift itself.
  • Expensive gifts are common.
  • The best time to present a gift is at the end of your visit.
  • A gift for an individual should be given in private.
  • If you are presenting a gift to a group of people have them all present.
  • The correct etiquette is to present/receive gifts with both hands.
  • Before accepting a gift it is polite to refuse at least once or twice before accepting.
  • Giving four or nine of anything is considered unlucky. Give in pairs if possible.

Gift Giving Etiquette in Saudi Arabia
